START RUNNING SLOW

Running Tip:
Start Slow
There is no need to try to run 10 miles on your first run. Try the 5 on, 5 off method. Run for 5 mins, and walk for 5 min., for a total of 30 mins. After a couple of weeks, you can slowly increase your running time and decrease your walking time.
