Are you feeling stressed? Doing some exercise keeps us from being stressful. Can't stress that enough. Numerous accounts from people suffering from anxiety and even depression have testified that by doing exercise, it helped them to come out of that 'dark' times and exercise helps them to keep going.
You can be stress-free too. Start moving around today. Get yourself active. Choose your preferred type of exercise. And don't forget, exercise is fun too...maybe not at the very beginning but over time, once it's on your routine, you simply will find it hard if you don't do it.
