Please be aware that when we talk about the benefits of coffee we are talking about drinking black coffee without adding anything.Often times people add loads of sugar or creamer to their coffee .. that is really not healthy.

Coffee may prevent Cancer
Several institutes like American Institute of Cancer Research (AICR), World Cancer Research Fund, AACR (American Association for Cancer Research), World Health Organization (WHO) and many more organizations are confirming that drinking coffee lowers the risk of cancer and some even confess that coffee will fight cancer.

Coffee can also prevent type 2 diabetes according to Harvard University School of Public Health.
Coffee Prevents Alzheimer's and Parkinson's
The Faculty of Medicine in Lisbon and several other studies seems to suggest that there is a correlation between drinking coffee (2 cups) and prevention of Alzheimer and Parkinson

Here is another interesting fact. According to studies coffee contains loads of antioxidants. This contributes to good health, aging slower and living a long life. Coffee has even more antioxidants than green tea.
