The Genuine Bulgarian Kefir Starter is an authentic Bulgarian heirloom product developed in a laboratory in Bulgaria especially for our online store. It has (at least) double the potency of other kefir starters generally available on the market, which guarantees the best results possible.

NOTE: Please be aware that this Kefir variety doesn't have any grains .. texture is similar to yogurt.
